Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader with 6 to 12 years of experience in international voice process, preferably in a reputed International BPO. The position is based in Jaipur (WFO). The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle inbound calls from customers.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle team operations and ensure high-quality customer service.
Respond to inquiries and provide general information to customers.
Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Collaborate with the contact team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Train and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree required; relevant certification or training will be an added advantage.
Minimum 6 years of experience in international voice process, preferably in a reputed International BPO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Proficiency in German language level B2/C1/C2.
