We are looking for a Team Lead (US Logistics) to drive a high-performing brokerage team managing US domestic freight operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, grow, and scale with a company shaping the future of global logistics. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of brokers handling US-based full truckload (FTL), LTL, and dry van freight Oversee daily brokerage operations: load booking, carrier sourcing (US market), customer communication Ensure compliance with US logistics regulations and timelines Resolve escalations and support brokers with challenging freight scenarios Drive KPI-based performance culture across the team Collaborate with US-based clients and internal leadership Use tools like US-based TMS, DAT, Truckstop, and Carrier 411 effectively Monitor key metrics: margin, load count, carrier performance, and service levels ✅ What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in US Freight Brokerage (mandatory) 1+ year in a leadership, TL, or mentoring role in a brokerage setup Strong understanding of US load boards, carrier negotiations, lane pricing , and load lifecycle management Proficiency in using platforms like DAT, Truckstop, TMS, and CRM tools Excellent verbal and written communication in English A hands-on leader who can lead by example, coach brokers, and deliver results 🌎 Why Join illmatic Logistics Competitive salary + lucrative commissions/bonuses Access to advanced AI-powered TMS and load board integrations Strong operational and compliance support from experienced teams Career growth opportunities into senior leadership (Operations Manager / Centre Head roles) Empowering, fast-paced work culture driven by ownership and impact Show more Show less
