Team Lead - Customer Support

As a Team Lead, Customer Success, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the customer success team. Your key responsibilities will include conducting regular team meetings to review goals, performance, and customer feedback, as well as developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates. You will be expected to monitor customer health metrics, proactively address potential issues, and collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Support to align customer success strategies with overall business objectives. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and feedback will be crucial, as well as ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in their roles. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree and have proven experience in a customer success or similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity. Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must, along with strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach are essential qualities.
