Chief Product & Technology Officer

As a visionary Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) at our company, your role involves architecting the AI-first tech stack which includes LLMs, agent frameworks, and vector DBs. Your responsibility will be to drive engagement-led growth by enabling intelligent cross-selling of financial products. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and mentoring a world-class AI+SaaS+Fintech organization. Collaboration with the CEO on the company's vision, growth strategies, and fundraising activities is a crucial part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Architect the AI-first tech stack consisting of LLMs, agent frameworks, and vector DBs. - Drive engagement-led growth for intelligent cross-selling of financial products. - Build and mentor a top-notch AI+SaaS+Fintech organization. - Partner with the CEO on vision, growth, and fundraising initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Top-tier college background (IIT/IIM/BITS or equivalent). - Minimum of 10 years of startup experience with a proven track record of scaling from 0 to 1 to 100. - Hands-on experience in AI development including LLMs, ML infrastructure, and agentic workflows. - Demonstrated leadership in SaaS, Fintech, or Insurance product development. - Willingness to invest personally in the company's success.
