The Role

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the

  multi-platform product roadmap

  (apps, web, content, commerce, consultations).
• Lead cross-functional teams — product managers, engineers, designers, data analysts.
• Build scalable, secure, high-performance infrastructure for global growth.
• Drive

  product innovation

  with new features, content formats, and experiences.
• Ensure

  Core Web Vitals, uptime, and performance

  standards are met across platforms.
• Collaborate with Growth, SEO, and Monetization teams to align product with acquisition & revenue.
• Expand product for international markets with

  multi-language and localization strategies

• Foster a data-driven culture with clear KPIs and agile delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership in

  product + engineering

  for consumer tech/B2C at scale.
• Proven success building

  platforms that combine content, commerce, and community

  .
• Strong grasp of

  technical architecture, cloud infra, APIs, and scalability challenges

  .
• Hands-on with data-driven decision making and growth-centric product design.
• Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  spirituality, wellness, or lifestyle platforms

  .
• Built or scaled

  multi-app / multi-platform ecosystems

  .
• Background in international expansion, localization, and multi-language strategy.
• Comfort with balancing

  fast delivery vs. long-term sustainability

  .

• Active user growth (MAU/DAU) & retention.
• Speed of product delivery vs. roadmap commitments.
• Platform uptime, load time, and system reliability.
• Feature adoption & engagement metrics.
