Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO)

Your role:

• Lead the

  AI-native roadmap

  from SaaS → Payroll + Fintech OS.
• Architect the

  AI-first tech stack

  (LLMs, agent frameworks, vector DBs).
• Build

  fintech & insurance integrations

  at payroll scale.
• Drive

  engagement-led growth

  , enabling intelligent

  cross-sell of financial products

  .
• Ensure

  trust, compliance, and data security

  across payroll + financial services.
• Build and mentor a

  world-class AI+SaaS+Fintech org

  .
• Partner with CEO on

  vision, growth & fundraising

  .

Requirements:

• Top-tier college background (IIT/IIM/BITS or equivalent)

  .

• 10+ years startup experience

  with proven 0 → 1 → 100 scale.

• Hands-on AI development

  (LLMs, ML infra, agentic workflows).
• SaaS +

  Fintech/Insurance product leadership

  track record.

• Willing to put skin in the game.
