- A Team Leader at CRIF Solutions Pvt Ltd is responsible for meeting the SLAs for the team, also responsible for training, query resolution, handle escalations and ensuring deliverables.
- This role involves maintaining required attendance, timeliness of projects and performance measurement of team.- This also involves extensive reporting and maintaining MIS.- Should be ready to work in rotational shifts.- 5 day working environment.Candidate Profile:

- Graduates/Postgraduates in any stream.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with adaptability to different dialects and accents.- At least 4-year experience of international process team handling.- Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility to handle pressure is a must.- Comfortable working night shifts.Minimum Experience: 4 years
