Job Description: - A Team Leader at CRIF Solutions Pvt Ltd is responsible for meeting the SLAs for the team, also responsible for training, query resolution, handle escalations and ensuring deliverables. - This role involves maintaining required attendance, timeliness of projects and performance measurement of team. - This also involves extensive reporting and maintaining MIS. - Should be ready to work in rotational shifts. - 5 day working environment. Candidate Profile: - Graduates/Postgraduates in any stream. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with adaptability to different dialects and accents. - At least 4-year experience of international process team handling. - Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility to handle pressure is a must. - Comfortable working night shifts. Minimum Experience: 4 years Maximum Experience: 7 years.
