Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of inside sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through effective target planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop strategic plans for revenue generation growth.
  • Analyze sales performance data to optimize processes, improve conversion rates, and drive target achievement.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-9 years of experience in B2B sales or telesales environment(2+ yrs experience in team handling)
  • Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in an inside sales role.
  • Strong understanding of b2b sales principles, including outbound sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate and manage a remote workforce.
