the 2025–26 academic year.
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Counseling Leads who can manage and
mentor the counseling team while guiding students and parents about our IIT-JEE and
NEET programs, ensuring every student chooses the right path to success.
The Team Lead is responsible for leading and motivating the counseling team to
achieve branch admission targets, conducting high-quality counseling sessions, ensuring
seamless lead management, and maintaining strong parent and student relationships to
enhance the center’s performance.
🏆 Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Supervise, mentor, and train the team of academic counselors across assigned centers.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets for the team and monitor their
achievement.
Conduct regular performance reviews, share feedback, and implement best practices
for conversions.
2. Student & Parent Counseling
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for IIT-JEE / NEET aspirants and parents to
understand their goals and recommend appropriate courses.
Ensure counselors deliver accurate information about programs, fees, scholarships,
and study plans.
Address escalated queries and concerns from parents/students with empathy and
professionalism.
3. Sales & Target Achievement
Drive the achievement of center-level admission targets through effective team
coordination.
Monitor lead follow-ups, conversions, and maintain healthy conversion ratios across
centers.
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to strategize local lead generation and
conversion initiatives.
4. Lead Management & Reporting
Oversee CRM usage to ensure timely lead updates, follow-ups, and closure tracking.
Analyze team reports and share insights with the Center Head / Associate Business
Head for planning and review.
Maintain dashboards for daily performance and pipeline tracking.
5. Collaboration with Other Teams
Work closely with marketing teams for local events, seminars, and scholarship
drives.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student
onboarding and transition after enrollment.
✅ Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in student counseling/sales for IIT-JEE / NEET /
Test Prep programs, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
Strong communication skills in English, Telugu (mandatory), and Hindi.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage targets, and motivate counselors effectively.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of the Hyderabad market and flexibility to relocate within the city.
Comfortable with 6-day working schedule (Tuesday–Sunday) and 10:00 AM –
7:00 PM timings.
