Job Description

Team Leader – HR Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10–20 recruiters
Set clear KPIs, monitor daily performance, and ensure target achievements
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for volume and niche hiring
Conduct regular team reviews, training, and performance feedback sessions
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities

Analyze hiring metrics and continuously optimize recruitment processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Proven experience in managing recruitment teams and delivering hiring targets
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
