Job Description

Team Leader – HR Recruitment


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10–20 recruiters
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor daily performance, and ensure target achievements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for volume and niche hiring
  • Conduct regular team reviews, training, and performance feedback sessions
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities

Analyze hiring metrics and continuously optimize recruitment processes


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment teams and delivering hiring targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
