TEAL-Engineer Project

Job Requirements

The project Engineer will lead and support the development of new aerospace products from concept through production. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that new products meet performance, quality, cost, and regulatory requirements while adhering to aerospace industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development:

• Drive the end-to-end development of aerospace components and systems, including design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with design, Process planners and Assembly teams to ensure product integrity.

• Project Management:

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams (BD, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) and Customers
• Track project milestones and report progress to stakeholders.

• Technical Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including drawings, BOMs, and test reports.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as AS9100.
• Support certification and qualification processes.

• Manufacturing Support:

• Work with production teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new designs.
• Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) reviews.
• Resolve technical issues during pilot runs and production ramp-up
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.

Work Experience

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Aeronautical or Manufacturing Engineering.

• Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in aerospace product development and Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks) and SAP systems.
• Familiarity with aerospace systems such as structures, interiors, or avionics is a plus.

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Solid Works, Excel, Power Point ( MS project is added advantage).

• Certifications (Preferred):

• PMP or any other equivalent certifications.
