Job Description

Faculty in Social Media Marketing & Integrated Campaigns

The role requires a balance of academic teaching and practical mentorship, enabling students to think strategically across media and develop portfolio-ready campaign work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

  • Deliver lectures, workshops, and lab sessions on Social Media Marketing.
  • Teach utilization of ad tools such as

    Google Ads/AdSense, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads

    , and other relevant platforms.
  • Guide students on the end-to-end process of

    paid ad campaigns

    : strategy, targeting, budgeting, creative asset planning, monitoring, and analytics.
  • Develop students’ ability to

    plan and execute integrated campaigns

    , coordinating across

    print, digital, and social teams

    .
  • Integrated Campaign Thinking

  • Train students to

    ideate and design holistic 360° campaigns

    .
  • Mentor them on how messaging, visuals, and media planning differ across platforms but connect into one unified campaign.
  • Encourage collaborative project work simulating agency structures where print, digital, and social elements come together.
  • Practical Learning Integration

  • Develop

    mini projects and live simulations

    (e.g., running real campaigns with limited budgets, mock brand briefs, integrated media planning).
  • Mentor students in creating

    portfolio-ready 360° campaign strategies

    .
  • Use

    case studies

    of successful integrated campaigns to demonstrate best practices.
  • Assessment & Evaluation

  • Design assignments, juries, and evaluation rubrics aligned with campaign outcomes.
  • Evaluate students on creativity, strategy, and ability to integrate multiple media into campaigns.
  • Industry Engagement

  • Stay updated with the latest

    trends, policies, and tools

    across media.
  • Collaborate with

    print, broadcast, and digital experts

    to enhance cross-media exposure.
  • Engage with industry professionals for guest lectures, internships, and live projects.


Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in

    Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Media

    .
  • Minimum

    2–3 years of professional/teaching experience

    in digital/social media marketing, advertising, or integrated campaigns.
  • Expertise in

    Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, and analytics

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    media planning, campaign integration, and cross-platform strategy

    .
