Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Teacher Training Program professional to join our team at Meru International School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teacher training and development, with expertise in areas such as Tech Powered Assessments, Circle Time, Reflection Time, and Supportive Instructional Unit.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive teacher training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of teacher training initiatives.
Collaborate with teachers to identify areas of improvement and provide supportive instructional units.
Design and deliver workshops and training sessions on various topics related to education.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes professional growth and development.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior teachers to improve their teaching practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in teacher training or a related field.
Strong understanding of educational principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Proficiency in using technology to support teaching and learning.
Experience with assessment and evaluation tools is desirable.
