Role Overview

Home-Based Early Childhood Educator

professionalism, punctuality, and a warm, child-focused approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 30–45-minute sessions using our neuroscience-based, screen-free curriculum
Adapt teaching based on the unique development pace of each child
Communicate session progress and feedback to parents regularly
Log attendance, notes, and reports via the mobile app
Maintain hygiene, safety, and respectful conduct in every home visit
Participate in periodic training and knowledge-sharing sessions
