Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Teacher at Vijaya Academy. The role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, teaching, conducting training sessions, and providing educational support to students. The Teacher will also be involved in developing engaging study material and supporting students through doubt-solving sessions and career guidance.

Qualifications

• Lesson Planning, Teaching, and Training skills
• Strong proficiency in Education and Communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Experience in online teaching platforms and digital education tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or related field
