About The Role

We're looking for a full-stack Software Engineer who’s passionate about building well-structured, type-safe applications and solving real-world healthcare challenges. You'll work across our SaaS product, helping develop everything from the doctor dashboard and patient portal to backend systems that manage prescriptions, pharmacy coordination, and clinical logic.Our StackFrontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Radix UIBackend: tRPC, Node.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQLTooling: Turborepo (monorepo), modern CI/CD, VercelWhat You’ll DoBuild and maintain features across our Next.js web apps used by patients, providers, and partnersDevelop type-safe APIs with tRPC to manage core business logic, workflows, and provider operationsDesign responsive, accessible UI components using Tailwind CSS and Radix UIContribute to our monorepo architecture and modular codebase using TurborepoOptimize performance for data-heavy tables, charts, and real-time updatesCollaborate with product and design to ship features quickly, while keeping quality and security in mindParticipate in code reviews, write tests, and contribute to technical documentationWhat We’re Looking For6+ years of experience working in a modern
