Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The Techno Commercial Lead – Ropeways will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial and technical aspects of ropeway projects within the RMRW business unit. This position is strategically aligned with Adani Group’s mission to contribute to nation-building through infrastructure development. The role involves managing supplier relationships, contract formulation, and fact-based negotiations to ensure seamless execution of ropeway projects. The incumbent will leverage their expertise to align project deliverables with the business unit’s focus on PPP models such as BOT, TOT, and HAM, ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - ead the techno-commercial aspects of ropeway projects, ensuring alignment with RMRW’s strategic focus on infrastructure development. - Develop and manage supplier relationships to optimize procurement and ensure timely delivery of project components. - Formulate and negotiate contracts with a focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and cost-effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical and commercial strategies for project execution. - Drive governance and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Conduct fact-based negotiations to achieve favorable terms with suppliers and contractors. - Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide technical and commercial insights to support decision-making at the leadership level. - Implement best practices in supplier relationship management and contract governance. - Ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones

Qualifications and Experience


    Required Qualifications & Experience - Proven expertise in supplier relationship management, contract formulation, and compliance. - 15 years of experience in techno-commercial roles within the infrastructure sector. - Demonstrated ability to manage PPP projects under BOT, TOT, and HAM models. Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred). - MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or Project Management is highly desirable
