Job Description

Role Summary: 27271

We are seeking a

Senior Manager

to join our

Private Client Services (PCS) – Individual Tax

practice. This is a high-impact leadership role managing the

complex tax affairs of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI)

and

Trusts

. You’ll manage a team of tax professionals while delivering high-quality client service and maintaining strong US compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and manage the preparation of complex 1040 (Individual) and 1041 (Trust) US tax returns.
Ensure compliance with US federal and state tax laws and regulatory deadlines.
Deliver excellent client service through proactive communication and expert advisory.
Manage client relationships, planning engagements, and identifying advisory opportunities.
Supervise and mentor team members; provide regular feedback and performance coaching.
Handle quarterly estimates, tax planning, and year-round client advisory work.
Work collaboratively with global counterparts and US-based teams.
Review discrepancies and provide guidance to resolve technical tax issues.
Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement within the team.

Must-Have Qualifications

✅

CA, CPA, or EA certification

(Mandatory)✅

9+ years

of progressive experience in

US Individual & Trust Taxation

✅ Strong knowledge and hands-on review experience of

1040 and 1041 returns

✅ Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead mid-to-large-sized teams✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills✅ No gaps in employment history✅ Experience in private wealth services or HNWI-focused practices

Preferred Experience

⭐ Experience working with

BNA (Bloomberg Tax Software)

⭐ Prior exposure to

global coordination
