Role description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our TMS Operations team. This entry-level role is designed for candidates with 6–8 months of professional experience, focused on supporting day-to-day operations such as handling user requests, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with vendor and team coordination. Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently are essential.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tax tool user queries and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate user lists, including adding new hires and removing leavers.
  • Share new weekly hire lists and provide onboarding information related to tax research tools.
  • Process client billings and vendor invoices, ensuring timely submission and sharing status updates on invoices and payments when required.
  • Support the US team and senior members with any assigned tasks or projects and participate in internal/cross-regional calls and meetings.

Skills

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to Outlook, SharePoint, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage simple processes.
  • Flexible and collaborative team player with willingness to learn quickly.
  • Professional and reliable; adheres to firm/team policies and training

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Commerce, Accounting, Tax, or related fields preferred).
  • 6–8 months of work experience.
