Job Description

Transfer Pricing Function is part of Taxation function that monitors global transfer pricing compliance. Transfer Pricing function encompasses from identification of intercompany transactions and related parties up to completion of assessment, going for certainty and litigating the adjustments if any arising out of audits/assessments.

To Support and ensure Organization with ensuring 100% compliance wrt global transfer pricing compliances and bringing value addition by creative initiatives to reduce overall litigations, tax costs and compliance burden.

Responsibilities

- Ensuring Zero % non-compliance with regard to all transfer pricing related compliances of Group s presence by filing returns / notifications

- Timely responses to notices from tax authorities

- To complete audits & assessment, appeals across globe as and when scheduled

- Certainty on the intercompany transactions via APA / any other strategic initiative

- Undergoing internal audits, transaction compliance review etc.

- Transformation initiatives such ERP modifications, process improvements, etc.

- Transactional level support for M&A transactions, intercompany transactions, etc.

Minimum qualification & experience

We are looking out for a dynamic personality with customer focus and solution-oriented approach having strong skill set knowledge of Taxation, ERP and awareness of global developments happening around tax fraternity.

Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of 1-2 years preferably in international taxation domain (transfer pricing & international taxation exposure in telecom industry will be preferred).

Desired Skill sets

Working mid-level knowledge of Excel.

SAP exposure required.

Familiarity with finance and statistical analysis software

Understanding of financial and accounting principles
