Job Description

Oversee validation and review of all U.S. tax forms and filings for accuracy and compliance
Develop and implement robust controls and processes for tax documentation
Monitor changes in tax legislation and update validation procedures accordingly
Lead transformation initiatives to improve processes, technology adoption, and efficiency
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the tax function
Identify and drive opportunities for automation and process optimization
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Fice, Legal, and Operations
Communicate complex tax issues and transformation strategies to executive leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tax initiatives with business objectives
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing tax team
Assess and mitigate tax-related risks, contributing to strategic planning and reporting

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Fice, Tax, or related field
CPA, JD, or equivalent professional certification
Minimum 10 years of experience in U.S. tax, including leadership roles
Proven expertise in tax form validation and compliance management
Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and drive change
Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior stakeholders
Experience managing and developing teams in a complex, matrixed environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
