Job Description

Manage the Leadership Talent Pipeline identification process , which would enable a visibility to the talent availability / gap in pipeline / developmental areas of the candidates
Collaborate with the Talent Development team on the developmental aspects of the PPEDDs , and charter a capability build for them
Support in the Performance Management process for Leaders. Ensuring an insightful , rigorous and effective execution of the process
Supporting in the promotion process for PPEDD would be a critical aspect of the role
In collaboration with the COE , looking into the wellbeing and wellness of PPEDDs will be important
Building the All in Culture for GDS will be an interesting project .
Compliance, confidentiality and collaboration will be high for this role .
Overall reporting, maintaining status update and providing summary will be imp in this role

Skills and attributes for success

Understand business and business priorities (Business Acumen)
Understanding of some of the processes like LEAD , talent review
Ability to engage with senior level stakeholders
Good project management skills
Ability to multitask and collaborate across STC / COE/ Business teams / Global teams
Ability to analyse data and present outcomes
Excellent communication skills

To qualify for the role, you must have ( indicative only)

Experience in managing performance management ,
