Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships across geographies and time zones. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with a focus on relationship-based sales . Strong email etiquette and phone communication skills . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in international account handling . Exposure to SaaS, IT services, or tech-enabled businesses is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms.
