Job Description

You will be joining Adobe's Digital Experience Global Shared Services Team in India as a Solution Customer Success Manager. Your role will involve collaborating closely with enterprise customers in the JAPAC region, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure optimal value from Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Accountable for customers" overall success with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Target, AEP, RTCDP, CJA, and AJO - Act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle, defining measurable success plans and ensuring clear communication - Network within accounts to execute customers" strategies, use cases, and roadmaps successfully - Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and design solutions - Provide training sessions, best practices, and documentation to enhance clients" proficiency in Adobe technologies - Drive adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud products, utilizing data to provide insights and progress - Share resources and use cases to foster innovation among customers - Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer success approaches continuously **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience - 8-14 years of Customer Success and/or Business Consulting experience in SaaS, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience transformation - Passion for driving customer success and measurable outcomes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Business consulting skills and ability to drive business value for clients - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure - Strong understanding of Adobe Digital Experience solutions and Digital Marketing Technologies - Program Management skills within large organizations - Experience with account planning & customer success plans - Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions - Strong team player and stakeholder management skills If you are passionate about leveraging data-driven insights and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this opportunity at Adobe is tailored for you.,
