What you’ll do:
- Partner with global stakeholders across NAVEX to create and/or evolve strategic growth opportunities
- Develop live and digital learning experiences that are scalable, AI-enhanced, and enable our amazing talent to thrive
- Facilitate engaging and inspiring sessions that spark possibility in others while driving clear outcomes
- Plan purposefully and pivot confidently in response to evolving, fast-paced business needs
- Optimize tools, methods, and practices to deliver with excellence and elevate impact
- Measure, analyze, and communicate the value of our strategic work
- Collaborate with our U.S. based Talent Success team to accelerate NAVEX’s performance, having a lot of fun along the way
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of professional training experience
- Digital learning expertise. You’ve designed and delivered scalable learning using AI tools and e-authoring platforms (e.g., Articulate and Rise)
- A strategic mindset with heart. You’re committed to people and culture, creating experiences where team members thrive and results follow
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills. You earn trust quickly and inspire others to act
