Talent Success Manager

As a Talent Success Manager at NAVEX, you play a crucial role in fueling the company's growth by managing the development experience of the global team. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with global stakeholders across NAVEX to create and/or evolve strategic growth opportunities - Developing live and digital learning experiences that are scalable, AI-enhanced, and enable talent to thrive - Facilitating engaging sessions that inspire others and drive clear outcomes - Planning purposefully and pivoting confidently in response to evolving business needs - Optimizing tools, methods, and practices to deliver with excellence and elevate impact - Measuring, analyzing, and communicating the value of strategic work - Collaborating with the U.S. based Talent Success team to accelerate NAVEX's performance - Advancing NAVEX's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of professional training experience - Expertise in digital learning, including designing and delivering scalable learning using AI tools and e-authoring platforms like Articulate and Rise - A strategic mindset with a focus on creating experiences where team members thrive and results follow - Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills - A high bar for excellence, working independently while collaborating closely with others - Desire to learn, explore, and experiment with AI tools - Commitment to ethical and inclusive use of AI in hiring and workplace practices - Ability to drive results through competencies of content development, facilitation, and stewardship while upholding NAVEX's core values At NAVEX, you will experience career growth opportunities, meaningful purpose through impactful products and solutions, life flexibility, an inspiring culture, and industry leadership.
