Role & responsibilities

-

• Own and deliver

  end-to-end executive and niche hiring

  for Tech, Semiconductor, and BFSI clients
• Drive

  domain-specific search strategies

  for emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Digital Engineering, Silicon Design, Product development, etc.
• Build and execute

  targeted talent search

  using advanced sourcing techniques across

  LinkedIn, social platforms, market mapping, and job boards

• Partner with internal stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor to

  client leadership teams and HR PoCs

• Deliver impactful

  CXO-level presentations and candidate pitches

  that position us as trusted advisors
• Nurture long-term client relationships and

  build high-retention accounts through trust and delivery excellence

• Stay on top of market trends to provide

  insights into talent availability, leadership movement, and compensation benchmarks

Preferred candidate profile

• 4~7 years of experience in

  leadership hiring

  ,

  semiconductor hiring

  , or

  niche tech/domain hiring

• Strong exposure to

  executive search, talent intelligence

  , or

  headhunting models

• Confident communicator and

  great storyteller

  with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Sharp at

  candidate engagement, value positioning, and offer negotiation

  trust through delivery, insights, and consistency
