Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement & Experience

● Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns and career

growth discussions.

● Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and networking sessions to strengthen

workplace relationships.

● Ensure a welcoming and inclusive culture that supports long-term employee satisfaction.

2. Communication & Relationship Management

● Act as a bridge between employees, HR, and leadership to address concerns and provide

resolutions.

● Maintain open communication channels to understand employee aspirations, challenges, and

feedback.

● Assist in conflict resolution by mediating discussions and offering solutions.

3. Employee Retention & Recognition Programs

● Work closely with the team to develop and execute talent retention initiatives.

● Coordinate employee recognition programs, awards, and appreciation events.

● Conduct "Stay Interviews" to proactively address employee concerns before they consider leaving.

4. Career Development & Support

● Support career progression initiatives by collaborating with the Learning & Development team.

● Guide employees on available growth opportunities within the organization.

● Encourage mentorship and coaching programs to support employee career aspirations.

5. Exit & Feedback Management

● Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and provide recommendations for improving employee

retention. 

● Analyze turnover trends and propose strategies to enhance the employee experience.

● Maintain feedback loops with former employees to explore re-hiring opportunities (boomerang

hires).

6. Culture Building & Advocacy

● Promote company values and ensure they are embedded in daily operations and decision-making.

● Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.

● Work on employer branding initiatives to showcase the organization as a great place to work.

7. Data Analysis & Reporting

● Track and analyze employee engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

● Prepare reports on retention trends, engagement levels, and feedback insights.

● Present actionable recommendations to leadership for enhancing employee success.


Key Skills Required:

● Proficiency in HR tools and data analysis.
