Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at our company, you will play a crucial role in discovering and retaining top talent. Your responsibilities will include determining current staffing needs, developing talent acquisition strategies, leading employment branding initiatives, and ensuring positive candidate experiences. You will be expected to excel in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding. Your keen eye for talented individuals and commitment to their success within our organization will be vital in driving our growth and success. Key Responsibilities: - Forecast and determine current staffing needs - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans - Lead employment branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer - Source candidates to fill open positions and anticipate future needs - Plan and conduct recruitment processes including interviews and screening calls - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Provide insights to assist with employee retention and development - Supervise recruiting personnel and participate in recruitment events - Utilize metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with Line Managers to create job descriptions - Maintain recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Assist HR with offer negotiations as needed Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager - Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding - Familiarity with various selection methods and techniques - Strong knowledge of social media and job boards for recruitment - Ability to understand different roles and responsibilities within the organization - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Organized, strategic thinker, and a team player - Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field - Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn new technologies - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Join our team and be part of a leading Banking-as-a-Service platform that offers opportunities to work on innovative projects with modern technologies.
