You will be joining Entrata's Talent Team as a Talent Partner based in Pune, India, collaborating with leaders to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for all roles in their business unit. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for cultivating a pipeline of passive and active talent for the group. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience - Build strong relationships with hiring leaders, HRBP's, Compensation team, and colleagues to identify client needs and execute hires effectively - Utilize multiple networks and sourcing strategies to build passive and active candidate pools - Influence hiring best practices for the interview process - Cultivate meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders internally - Negotiate and close offers in a highly competitive environment - Manage expectations with candidates and internal stakeholders during the interview and offer process - Identify long-term sourcing pipelines through community resources and university relationships - Develop brand awareness campaigns and programs - Provide regular status reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and business partners - Offer professional advice and recommendations on market conditions to key stakeholders and the recruitment team **Qualifications Required:** - 6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruiting within the SaaS industry - Proficiency in full lifecycle recruiting components such as sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, and relationship management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels - Consistent ability to build strong pipelines for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates Entrata is a company that embodies intelligence, adaptability, and innovation.
