Job Description

As a Talent Partner at MX, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations, finance, accounting, and legal business units. Your primary objective will be to attract top-tier team members who align with MX's mission, mindset, and disposition. You will collaborate with senior Talent Partners to devise recruitment strategies, implement key initiatives, and streamline the full recruiting cycle. Additionally, you will engage in networking events within the FinTech and startup ecosystem, analyze staffing projections, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with senior Talent Partners to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with MX's mission. - Execute initiatives to recruit key sales-centric roles across the organization. - Work closely with Talent and Hiring managers to optimize the recruiting process. - Participate in community and industry networking events within the FinTech and startup sectors. - Analyze key metrics to refine staffing projections and outcomes. - Partner with People Experience and hiring managers to drive the recruiting process from on-boarding to retention. - Provide personalized outreach and engagement to create an exceptional candidate experience. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 3 years of relevant recruiting experience is preferred. - Proficiency in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques. - Ability to effectively communicate MX's story, vision, and culture. - Demonstrated success in identifying and qualifying exceptional candidates. - Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail. - Expertise in the full spectrum of talent acquisition and retention. - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and adapt quickly. - Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. - Commitment to follow-up and engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Please note that this role requires a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience at a tech company in the Silicon Slopes region. Additionally, applicants must have authorization to work in the US without sponsorship. Unfortunately, sponsorship candidates will not be considered for this position. In terms of the work environment, this role involves working in the office for a standard 40-hour workweek. MX values in-person collaboration, communication, and team interactions for a dynamic and productive work environment. Face-to-face engagement fosters quick decision-making, seamless communication, and spontaneous collaboration, contributing to project success. The compensation for this role may include a base salary and other cash incentives such as bonuses or commissions. Please be aware that applicants must have the legal right to work in India without the need for sponsorship, as MX cannot provide work sponsorship for this position. Proof of eligibility to work in India will be required during the hiring process.,
