What You’ll Do: -

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs across functions

Source, screen, and engage potential candidates across platforms

Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience

Maintain recruitment trackers and support employer branding initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency/startup background preferred)

Strong communication and sourcing skills

A team player who loves connecting with people

Passionate about building high-performing teams

Understanding of Media.
