Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Executive to join our HR team. The role will focus on talent management, employee engagement, and HR technology enablement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding employee experience, interpreting data to drive insights, and supporting the business with impactful talent interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Drive talent management and development processes, talent check-ins, and employee connect sessions.
•Conduct and analyze internal surveys to capture the Voice of Employees and generate actionable insights.
•Support HR Business Partners with data-driven inputs on attrition, engagement, and employee development.
•Manage and continuously improve the HR Bot as a central employee support platform.
•Interpret HR data to identify trends and provide solutions for organizational growth and employee engagement.
•Participate in HQ-led talent initiatives and ensure timely execution at the local level.
•Prepare dashboards and reports using MS Excel and HR tech platforms for leadership review. `
Preferred Qualifications & Skills •25 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Behavior/Design, or related HR functions. •Strong HR Technology knowledge (HRIS, HR bots, survey tools, analytics platforms). •Ability to design and facilitate employee engagement activities and connect sessions. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills. •Exposure to attrition analysis and HR reporting.
