Our Talent Engagement team plays a crucial role in attracting top talent by increasing awareness of Toast as an employer of choice and enhancing candidate engagement. This role will support both our Global Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing team and our Global Early Career Recruiting team to drive impactful talent attraction strategies. About this roll * (Responsibilities) Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Support the execution of employer branding strategies to attract and engage top talent. Maintain and update employer profiles across platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and AmbitionBox to reflect our culture and values. Proactively identify and pursue relevant events and partnership opportunities to boost Toast brand awareness Assist in developing engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, the Life at Toast blog, and other relevant platforms. Monitor and respond to feedback on employer review sites, ensuring a positive brand reputation. Coordinate employer branding campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Manage recruitment marketing materials, including job postings and career page updates. Conduct research on employer branding trends and competitor strategies to optimize our approach. Early Career Talent Engagement Support campus hiring strategies to attract early-career talent. Coordinate with universities, placement cells, and student organizations to schedule recruitment events. Maintain and update campus recruitment calendars, job postings, and event schedules. Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person campus recruitment events, career fairs, and student engagement programs. Do you have the right ingredients* ? (Requirements) 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, marketing, or communications. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid, and global environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and recruitment marketing tools is a plus.
