Role will be BDM inside Sales Opportunity

For Experienced we Required Males.

Any Degree (or) PG -
2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in Hotels and Restaurant, hospitality, travel tech, or F&B sector).
Proven record of achieving acquisition and revenue targets.

Role & responsibilities

Identify and target potential hotels, resorts, and restaurants for onboarding.
Conduct market research to understand hospitality trends and competition.
Develop and execute acquisition strategies to achieve partner growth targets.
Pitch company services, value propositions, and partnership benefits to decision-makers.
Negotiate contract terms, commission rates, and partnership agreements.

Build and maintain relationships with onboarded hotels and restaurants.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries or issues.
Support partners in improving visibility, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct periodic business reviews and share performance insights.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building and networking ability.
Sales-driven with a results-oriented approach.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, F&B).
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital onboarding systems.
