Location

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any stream (degree mandatory)
Minimum
5 years of total experience
in
hardcore BPO recruitment
At least
1 year of experience as a Team Leader – TA
(on papers)
Proven
team handling experience
Sound knowledge of
end-to-end BPO hiring
, including sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, onboarding, and compliance
Must be fluent in
English and Hindi
Should be able to work in a
target-driven, fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of recruiters for
volume and niche hiring in BPO
Drive hiring targets through structured planning and daily team reviews
Source candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with operations for final selection
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and performance reports
Train, guide, and mentor recruitment team members
Ensure adherence to
TATs, SLAs, and quality of hire
Liaise with internal stakeholders and ensure hiring is aligned with business needs
