Conduct regular meetings with employees to understand their concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR) to resolve complex employee-related matters. Desired Candidate Profile 1 year of experience in an industrial setting or similar environment. Any graduate degree; MBA/PGDM preferred in HR/Industrial Relations or Operations.
