Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requisitions to onboarding.
• Source candidates using multiple channels: job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), internal database, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen and evaluate potential candidates for technical fitment, culture alignment, and role suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, define hiring requirements, and close positions in defined TAT.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Maintain and update ATS/HRMS with candidate data, status, and feedback.
• Negotiate salary, prepare offer letters, and assist with pre-joining engagement and documentation.
• Drive employer branding and talent marketing initiatives across platforms.
  

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in IT and Non - It role.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong knowledge of various job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Found it, etc.) and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring demands and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and HR analytics/reporting is a plus.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience working with product-based or start-up environments.
• Exposure to bulk hiring or niche tech hiring.
• Understanding of compensation trends and market insights in the tech hiring landscape.
