Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Consulting firm

Job Brief:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and hiring top talent for the clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute hiring strategies that resonate with our company's mission and principles.
• Identify and evaluate prospective candidates utilizing multiple avenues such as online job portals, social networks, and referrals.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Collaborate with clients to develop job descriptions and identify key qualifications and skills required for the role
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their open positions
• Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to ensure they are effective and efficient

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: ₹20,097.35 - ₹25,476.92 per month
