Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to hiring. This includes tasks such as employer branding, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Interviewing and Hiring
• Knowledge of Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
