Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting virtual visitors, managing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative tasks.

  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software and remote communication tools
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
