Assist with facilities management, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices. Monitor and manage office budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Office Administrator, or similar role. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Location : Vadodara Shifts : 10-7PM
