Revenue Analyst

As an Operations professional at our Vadodara location in India, you will play a crucial role in analyzing sales data and market share to forecast trends and provide valuable recommendations. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in setting monthly and annual financial goals, as well as communicating revenue cycle issues and strategies across the organization. You will be tasked with overseeing the regulatory and scheduling aspects of collections, credit cards, and claims management. Your expertise will be essential in developing and managing effective sales strategies and supporting organizational structures to maximize revenue generation and profitability. By actively monitoring current performance and forecasting future trends through trend analysis, you will proactively develop action plans to address any performance gaps. Additionally, you will conduct pricing reviews regularly and create improvement plans to enhance overall performance. Your role will also involve developing, implementing, and enhancing revenue improvement strategies with a focus on the eCommerce and digital space. You will work towards generating additional revenue by implementing programs for guest-facing associates, such as front desk agents. Participation or leadership in virtual sales and revenue meetings with internal teams and brand revenue managers will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also be required to design sales-related training programs to ensure flawless execution and a measurable return on investment. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing and leading a highly effective organization that consistently achieves results.
