Revenue Analyst

Revenue Accounting & Recognition

• Oversee all aspects of revenue accounting within the organizations ERP system.
  
• Manage system-driven subscription revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with CRM data.
  
• Execute revenue processes for non-subscription streams, with a focus on increasing automation and reducing manual tasks.
  
• Perform weekly reconciliations between CRM and ERP systems to validate billing accuracy.
  
• Prepare and post month-end revenue accruals, credit note provisions, and bad debt provisions.
  
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations for key revenue-related accounts, ensuring they meet audit-ready standards.
  
• Process intercompany revenue, including invoice creation and relevant system postings.
  

Essential Skills & Experience

• Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  
• At least 2 years of experience in a revenue accounting, revenue analysis, or similar roleideally within a global, multi-currency, recurring-revenue or SaaS-driven environment.
  
• Hands-on experience with a major ERP system (e.g., NetSuite or equivalent) for at least 1 year.
