As the Talent Acquisition Manager at ViralBulls, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts, managing the entire lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will play a crucial role in shaping our team by identifying and attracting top talent across various functions. Additionally, you will enhance ViralBulls' employer branding and ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will also encompass optimizing administrative processes to streamline operations and implementing strategies that foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Post job vacancies on job boards and social media.
  • Manage end to end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviews and hiring.
  • Use diverse sourcing tolls, Social Media job boards, direct headhunting, referrals)
  • Develop networks to identify talent and build recruitment.
  • Oversee new hire onboarding and smooth transitions.
  • Support succession planning and internal talent development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Optimize recruiting operations and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
