Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us find and onboard the best talent in travel, marketing, and content creation. This is a people-focused role perfect for someone who loves building teams, nurturing talent, and being part of a growing travel startup.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute recruitment strategies for multiple roles (travel planners, influencers, content creators, operations, etc.)
• Screen and shortlist candidates for interviews
• Manage onboarding & induction for new hires and collaborators
• Build and maintain a talent database for future opportunities
• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand hiring needs
• Promote Trippnova’s employer brand across platforms

Requirements:

• Prior experience in HR or recruitment (travel or hospitality industry preferred)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
• Passion for travel and people
