Job Description

Experience of Recruitment, Selection, Interviewing & On boarding process. A team player with excellent communication & problem-solving skills. Ability to post new positions, screening resume & scheduling interviews. Conducted campus recruitment drive and walk in drives, Conducted written exam tests. Responsible for implementing full life cycle of recruitment IT, Non-IT hiring support staff lateral hiring Evaluation, screening, sourcing negotiating, scheduling interviews. As per the company requirement. Preparing CTC breakup, offer latter & Appointment latter. Managed the interviewing & referral of qualified application. Update & maintain the requirement tracker on daily basis to manage the multiple priorities. Responsible for timely completion of Joining Formalities creating mail Id, ID cards etc. CTC Negotiation and document verification adhering to the guidelines and policies. Scheduling interview and sending invites. Conducted written exam tests for freshers. Briefing candidates about various policies and benefits of the organization. Guiding Fresh Candidates on the JD to ensure that they understand the role before appearing for interview. Conducted campus recruitment drive and walk in drives, Conducting employee engagement activities Building and maintaining database of candidates. Sourcing profiles/resumes from various sources like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster Internal database and referrals. Responsible for IT, Non-IT hiring & In House hiring. And uploading the CV on portals. Take follow-ups and providing feedback to the candidate In-house recruitment. Maintain day to day tracker on hiring different profiles Understanding client's requirements and develop strong relationships. Experience in coordinating multiple skills for different team. Create job postings on various portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
