Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, evaluation, and coordination.
  • Handle bulk and niche hiring requirements depending on business needs.
  • Use job portals, social media, references, databases, and networking to source candidates.
  • Conduct detailed telephonic screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups till final onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.
  • Mentor junior recruiters when required.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in recruitment (any industry).
  • Candidates must stay within

    Malad to Virar

    (Western Railway stations).
  • Strong sourcing skills and excellent communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements independently.
  • Comfortable working

    6 days a week

    .
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
