About the Role

Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify

  GC and USC candidates

  for

  contract roles on W2

  across various SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
• Utilize job boards (Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and networking to identify suitable candidates.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offer closures.
• Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/CRM) with accuracy and consistency.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with consultants and clients.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience

  in IT recruitment focused on

  W2 contracting

  .
• Strong experience recruiting

  US Citizens and Green Card holders

  (no C2C or H1B).
• Prior experience sourcing and closing

  SAP consultants

  across various modules.
• Proficiency in using job portals like

  Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven

  environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with

  staffing agencies or consulting firms

  serving U.S. clients.
• Knowledge of

  compliance, rate structures, and onboarding for W2 contracts

• Familiarity with

  VMS systems

  and working with

  prime vendors or MSPs
